Shipping & Delivery

We are continually improving our shipping and handling processes in order to provide our customers with shipping choices, fast order turnaround time, accurate and timely information and top-notch service. We utilize fair pricing when it comes to shipping.

Privacy & Security

We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, e-mail addresses etc when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request and order. This information is only used to fulfill your needs, unless you give us permission to use it in another approved manner. We only share information with governmental agencies or other companies that assist us in fraud prevention or investigation. Your information is never provided to companies for marketing purposes and will never be sold for any purposes.

We take your personal information very seriously and our security policy shows this commitment to our customers.

We do not store complete credit card information on our web server. Once your order is placed, we send the order to our main order processing system using a “one-way” private network. If you choose to have us safely store your credit card number for future ordering convenience, we will only store partial information. If you choose not to store your credit card information with us, it will be deleted entirely from our web records.

We take your financial security seriously and are confident that we have made shopping on our website safe for all customers. We are compliant with the rigorous security requirements set by the PCI (Payment Card Industry) and have been certified PCI compliant by non-affiliated, third party licensing companies. We employ various firewalls and other security tactics to keep your information secure.

Returns & Replacements

We stand behind every product that we sell. Our goal is to provide you with 100% satisfaction with you order. We recommend all packages and freight be examined upon arrival.


I. If your package is received with noticeable damage, refuse it. Call Acme immediately and we will ship a no charge replacement.

If your package has concealed damage, you must report to Acme within 10 days of receipt or UPS will not accept a claim.  Within the 10 days, Acme will ship a no charge replacement.  After the 10 days, a billed replacement will ship. * No Damage Claim will be honored after 10 days.

II. Freight orders ship as stretch wrapped pallets- if the order arrives loose be sure to count your pieces and sign according to the freight bill’s piece count.  If short, file a claim.  If the pallets are still wrapped upon delivery and order count is short, please call our customer service number.

III. Damages:

1) Always inspect delivery upon arrival. If immediate inspection is not possible, please DO NOT sign your freight bill “clear”.  Sign as “possible damage pending inspection”.  If you sign the bill “clear” and later find damages you must file a claim and usually only 1/3 of the claim value will be paid by the freight company.

2) If the entire shipment is damaged contact Acme for instructions before refusing shipment.  Replacements will not be sent until receipt of refused shipment is received. – Acme will file freight claim.

If your need to return products for credit, please follow the directions carefully.  Failure to comply with our return policy may result in refusal of return.

I. Inspect all items before signing shipping documents.  If damage caused by shipping is found contact Acme for instructions before refusing the shipment. Once you sign for the shipment, you assume responsibility for any damaged merchandise not noted as such on the freight bill at the time of delivery.

II. Contact Acme to arrange a return before sending any product back. We will issue a Return Authorization Number that will be good for 15 days after it is issued.  Any returns sent without a Return Authorization Number may be refused. The Return Authorization Number must be written on the shipping label.  Please do not write on the box.

III. No restocking fee will be charged for defective products or items that Acme shipped in error. All other returns, including refused shipments, will be credited less 20% restocking fee and original freight. No Used or Installed Product will be accepted under any circumstance.

IV. Products must be shipped back in the same packaging that it was received. Products received damaged because of insufficient packing or shipping methods cannot be credited. The product must be complete with no missing parts or manuals.  Discontinued product by the manufacturer or by Acme cannot be returned.

VII. Acme reserves the right to deny credit to customers who are found to abuse the return policy.

VIII. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from purchase.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Acme accepts American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Mastercard, Visa.
When ordering items associated with special promotions, the promo code should be entered in
the box that appears on the order check out page.

We strive to get you your product as soon as possible, but please allow time for the package to
get into the tracking system of the shipper. You can check on the status of your order by clicking
